HERALD appoints Jérémy Cardenas as a partner in the IP IT team

 

 

HERALD, anciennement Granrut, announces the appointment of Jérémy Cardenas as a partner in the IP IT team as of January 1, 2022. This appointment reflects the willingness of the partners to promote young talents and brings the number of partners at the firm to 20.

 

Jérémy Cardenas, a leading expert in trademark law, both in contentious and non-contentious matters.

 

With twelve years of experience, Jérémy Cardenas has developed a recognized counseling and litigation practice in the field of intellectual property. In particular, he has acquired a solid reputation in the management of trademark and domain name portfolios, as well as in related litigation.
Jérémy advises international, European and French clients, mainly in the new technology, luxury goods and financial areas.

His background

 

Jérémy Cardenas has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2010. Before joining Herald, he was a partner at Lexprime after eight years spent at Taylor Wessing. He holds a Master II in Business Law and a Master II in European Litigation from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Jérémy joined Herald in 2019 as a Counsel. He is a member of the APRAM (« Association du Droit des Marques et des Modèles »).

Herald’s team of attorneys is notably listed in the IP Copyright and Trademark rankings of the Legal 500, IP Stars and the WTR1000 directory.

This new appointment, a couple of months after Juliette Félix‘s appointment as partner (September 2021), reflects the continued growth of the firm and the willingness of the partners to promote its talents.
