Karine Lahaye

Karine LAHAYE is a corporate lawyer dedicated to the M&A market. She advises on business law, and more particularly assists her clients in their projects of company takeovers, external growth, acquisition of shareholdings and in the search for partners or in the presentation of financing files.

Karine LAHAYE has been a member of the Paris Bar since January 2004. She graduated from the University of Rennes where she obtained a DJCE-DESS in Business Law and a DEA in Contract Law.
