Étienne Rocher

Etienne Rocher is a partner of the Corporate department. He specialises in corporate law, with emphasis on company law as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has a particular expertise in shareholder disputes and the protection of minority shareholders.

Etienne Rocher was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1986. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Université Paris II - Panthéon Assas and a Master’s degree in English law and North American Corporate law from Université Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne
