Clémence de Margerie advises and litigates in the field of intellectual property law, in particular in the implementation of global anti-counterfeiting strategies.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in December 2015, Clémence holds a Master's degree in General Private Law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas, a Master's degree in Cultural Heritage Law from the University of Paris-Saclay and a Master's degree in Management of Cultural and Artistic Activities from INSEEC Business School.
Clémence is also a member of the APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles).
