Admitted to the Paris Bar in September 2013, Nathalie Moullé-Berteaux holds a Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation and a Diplôme d'Études Supérieures Spécialisées de Propriété Industrielle from the Université Paris II - Panthéon-Assas. She was an auditor at the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale (IHEDN, 11th cycle) and holds a Certificate of Higher Business Education in General Management (HEC).
She is a registered agent with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI, Paris), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO, Alicante) and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO, Geneva). She is also a member of several associations where she has held directorships, in particular the APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles)
